For connecting Hikvision camera to NFS storage<\/strong><\/p>\n

In NFS server:
\ncreate a separate Logical Volume<\/p>\n

Now mount these volumes to say \/cam1 \/cam2<\/strong><\/p>\n

\/dev\/mapper\/vgcam-lvcam1 on \/cam1 type xfs (rw,nosuid,nodev,noexec,relatime,attr2,noquota)
\n\/dev\/mapper\/vgcam-lvcam2 on \/cam2 type xfs (rw,nosuid,nodev,noexec,relatime,attr2,noquota)<\/code><\/p>\n

create a data folder in each of these e.g.<\/strong>
\nmkdir \/cam1\/data
\nmkdir \/cam2\/data<\/code><\/p>\n

create and export in nfs as follows where 192.168.123.1 and 192.168.123.2 are the IPs of Cameras<\/strong>

\n\/cam1\/data 192.168.123.1(async,insecure,rw,nohide)
\n\/cam2\/data 192.168.123.2(async,insecure,rw,nohide)<\/code><\/p>\n

restart nfs service
\nservice nfs restart<\/p>\n

Now at the camera configure screen goto
\nStorage
\nStorage Management
\nNetHDD Tab<\/strong><\/p>\n

Enter serverIPAddress, FilePath, Type, MountingType,Username,Password e.g
\n192.168.123.250 \/cam2\/data NAS NFS nousername nopassword
\nSave it<\/strong><\/p>\n

Next goto HDD Management Tab<\/strong><\/p>\n

HDD Management
\nIt will show the attached drive as follows<\/strong>
\nHDD No. Capacity Freespace Status Type Property Progress
\n9 199.90GB 197.50GB Normal NAS R\/W<\/code><\/p>\n

Select this and click on Format<\/strong><\/p>\n

After completion for format command goto
\nSystem
\nMaintenance
\nReboot<\/strong><\/p>\n
